Administrative Assistant – Bilingual (English/Spanish)
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Draft correspondences and other formal documents. Greet and assist onsite guests and applicants.

- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and meetings for executives
- Greet and assist onsite guests and applicants
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Assist in the planning, co-ordinate and execution of company events
- Assist in ordering employee breakfast or lunch for company events
- Assist candidates with employment applications
- Record, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
- Schedule interviews
- Assist in creating newsletter, flyers, updating bulletin boards
- Maintain track of supplies and order as needed
- Assist President, CEO, VP of Business Development, and Director of People and Culture with document scanning and clerical
- Assist accounting in entering bills into system
- Assist accounting in pulling bills as needed
- Shredding of documents
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, travel arrangements
- Design and maintain databases
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Perform all other office tasks

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
